Delete Account - sTeVe

1. Sign out of the application

When you sign out of the sTeVe application (Account → Sign out), the application deletes your account session and all of your user settings stored on the device. This includes the authentication token, the username, the password and the server address that the application keeps during normal use. After signing out, no personal data of yours remains in the application.

2. Complete account deletion at your provider

If you want to remove your account completely (including any subscription, billing data or service history), you must contact your IPTV provider directly. The sTeVe application is independent — the TV provider as the service supplier is chosen by the user. The application itself does not store your personal data beyond the username, password and server address required during operation. All data about your account, subscription and TV content delivery is held by your chosen provider, not by sTeVe.

3. How to contact your provider

Use the contact details supplied by your IPTV provider (the company that issued you the account credentials or the activation code). They are responsible for managing and deleting your account and any related personal data on their side.

4. GDPR requests directed at AAAukcie s.r.o. & OSTV s.r.o.

If you have a GDPR-related request directed at AAAukcie s.r.o. & OSTV s.r.o. (the publisher of sTeVe) — for example, to delete the email address you used during activation on our license server lic.isptv.sk — please send an email to info@steveiptv.eu. We will process the request within 30 days. Please use the same email address that you used to activate the application, so we can identify your record.

5. What is deleted

After signing out of the application: the authentication token, username, password and server address stored on your device are removed. After a confirmed GDPR request to AAAukcie s.r.o. & OSTV s.r.o.: the email address linked to your activation on lic.isptv.sk and any related license records on our side are deleted. Data held by your chosen IPTV provider is deleted by that provider according to their own process.
